Cheddar Biscuit Taco Bake

Ingredients

1 lb Ground beef
1/2 Onion, chopped
1/2 Green pepper, chopped
1/2 Sweet red pepper, chopped

1 pkg Taco seasoning mix
1 C Salsa
2 C Low carb bake mix
1 C Cheddar cheese, shredded
2/3 C Heavy cream

Directions

Heat oven to 425F degrees.



In skillet, cook beef, onion, and peppers until beef is browned, drain.



Stir in taco seasoning mix, and salsa into beef mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Pour into ungreased 8 inch pan or 2 quart glass baking dish.



In medium bowl stir bake mix, cheese, and cream until soft dough forms. Drop dough by 12 spoonfuls onto beef mixture.



Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes until topping is golden brown.
