Ingredients

Batter:

1/2 lb (2 sticks) Melted butter
1/2 C Splenda
3 t Baking powder
1/4 Heavy cream
2 Eggs
1 C Almond flour
Pinch of salt
1 t Vanilla
Filling:

2 lbs Cottage cheese
1/4 C Splenda
Pinch of salt
Dash of lemon juice
Vanilla to taste
Cinnamon to taste

Directions

Grease a large 9 x 13-inch pan.



Mix all batter ingredients together.



Mix all filling ingredients together.



Fill pan with 1/2 batter, then add filling and cover with other half of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
