Peek-a-Boo Eggs

Ingredients

12 Slices Canadian bacon (or ham)
12 Slices Swiss cheese

12 Eggs
1/2 Pint cream
Parmesan cheese

Directions

Line shallow pan with Canadian bacon, add layer of cheese.



Break eggs over all. Drizzle cream over till the yolks peek through. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.



Remove and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.



Return to oven and bake 8 to 10 minutes longer. Cut in squares and serve.
