Lasagne Crepes

Ingredients

Crepes:

2 Eggs
2 C Heavy cream
2 1/3 C Almond flour
2 T Oil
2 T Ground roasted sesame seeds
1 t Marjoram
Filling:

1 lb Ground beef
3 Cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 C Ricotta cheese
8 oz Shredded mozarella cheese
1/4 t Salt
1/2 t Splenda
1/4 C Mayonaise
8 ozs Spaghetti sauce, Use lowest carb count
Oregano
Parmesan cheese

Directions

Crepes:



Blend all ingredients in a blender.



Turn machine off, stir down almond flour and blend again.



Refrigerate 1 hour before using.



In a crepe pan that has been oiled well, add a small amount of batter and cook until dry, flip and finish other side.



FILLING:



Brown meat and garlic. Drain fat and mix in ricotta chees, mozzarella, salt, splenda and mayonaise.



Fill crepes with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the mixture. Put in dish with small amount of sauce in bottom and cover crepes with remaing sauce.



Sprinkle with oregano and parmesan cheese. Cook about 30 minutes or until hot.
