Ingredients

4 Boned and skined chicken breasts - cubed
1 T Butter
1/4 C White wine

10 ozs Heavy cream
2 Chicken boullion cubes
1 C Shredded Swiss cheese
1 C Diced cooked smoked ham

Directions

In a skillet, brown chicken breasts in butter for 10 minutes.



Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.



Deglaze the pan with the wine.



Add cream, chicken boullion, cheese, and ham; heat to simmering, stirring often.



Return chicken to skillet, reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring often.
