Creamsicle Cheesecake

Ingredients

CRUST:

3 T Splenda
3 T Butter, melted
1 C Almond flour

CAKE:

16 ozs Cream cheese, softened
1/2 C Splenda
2 Eggs
3/4 C Sour cream
1 t Vanilla
1 t Orange extract
2 Drops yellow food coloring
1 Drop red food coloring

Directions

CRUST:



Combine almond flour, Splenda and butter. Press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 350, 8 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.



CAKE:



Preheat oven to 350.



In a large bowl beat the splenda and cream cheese unti light and fluffy. Add the eggs beat well. Add sour cream and vanilla mix well.



Place 1 cup of mixture in a small bowl and stir in the orange extract and food coloring and mix well.



Pour the remaining mixture into pie crust. Drop the orange cream cheese mixture onto it by spoon fulls and swirl with a knife giving it a marbled effect.



Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until firm around the edges. (Center may be slightly loose) Allow to cool for 1 hour then cover and chill for at least 8 hours.
