BLT Burritos

Ingredients

1 large LC tortilla
1 T mayonnaise
1 T chopped cilantro
1 leaf romaine lettuce
6 slices cooked bacon
2 ozs shredded Monterey Jack cheese

2 T diced tomato
2 t TABASCO

Directions

Heat the tortilla lightly over a burner or in a 250-degree oven until warm and softened. Transfer to a flat surface.



In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and cilantro and spread on the tortilla.



Place the lettuce leaf flat on mayonnaise mixture and put the bacon on top of the lettuce. Set aside.



In another bowl, mix the tomato, TABASCO
