2 C fresh or thawed frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
2 Envelopes unflavored gelatin
2 8 ounces packages of cream cheese

1 Container (8 ounces) Neufchatel cheese
3/4 C Splenda, divided
2/3 C Sour cream
1/2 C Lemon juice
1 T Lemon zest
6 Egg whites
