Spinach Salad with Bacon

Ingredients

Fresh baby spinach
Tomatoes
Bacon
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Oregano

Directions

Wash and clean baby spinach leaves, cut up tomatoes.

Fry up bacon (4 or more strips). Drain spinach. Pour off

all but about 2 to 4 tablespoons of bacon grease. Pour in

2 to 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Crumble bacon over

spinach and tomatoes. Mix vinegar around in skillet and when

hot, pour over salad. Eat immediately.
