Sour Cream Apple Pie

Ingredients

Topping:
3 tbsp butter, softened
1/4 cup Splenda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tblsp low carb bake mix
Filling:
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup splenda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 large egg
1 tbsp protein powder
3 med Granny Smith apples

Directions

Make the topping:

In a small bowl blend together the butter, Splenda, cinnamon, and bake mix until the mixture is combined well. Cover and put in refrigerator to chill.



Make the filling:

In a large bowl whisk together the sour cream, Splenda, salt, vanilla, eggs, and the protein powder until the mixture is smooth, add the apples, peeled, cored, and sliced thin, and stir the filling until it is combined well.



Spoon the filling into a buttered glass baking dish, smoothing the top, and crumble the topping evenly over it. Bake the pie in the middle of a preheated 350
