Ingredients

2 pounds round steak, trimmed, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cups onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups tomato sauce, (one 29-ounce can)

Easy, affordable, great taste. The men said it was really "manly" whatever that meant (think it's because I served mine with jalapeno slices). They ate it all.
