Ingredients

1 Tbsp margarine
1 carrot, peeled and diced
2 pearl onions, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp soy flour
1 Tbsp curry powder
1 cup chicken broth, (or turkey stock)
2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
2 dashs Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Traditionally served over rice, but since that would add too many carbs this thick stew is great all by itself. You could add whipping cream to the final stage if you prefer more of a cream base.
