Ingredients

4 lb Beef brisket
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tsp dried minced onion
1 tsp salt
1 can beef broth
1 c beer
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp splenda

Directions

Place meat in roasting pan and brown uncovered in 350 degree oven. Season meat with salt and pepper. Mix tomato paste, beer and splenda together and pour mixture over meat.

Cover pan with foil and roast for 2.5 hours or until tender.

Slice meat across grain and serve.
