Ingredients

Allow 1 boneless/skinless chicken breast per serving
green food coloring
2 tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper
small can of pitted black olives

Directions

Cut away any excess fat on the chicken breasts.

Starting about 1" in from the thickest part of the breast cut 4 slits so that it looks like a palm with "fingers". Do this to all of the chicken breasts and set aside.

Mix the olive oil with a few drops of food coloring in a large bowl and add the chicken breast coating them with the mixture. Arrange them on a non-stick baking sheet sprinkle with salt and pepper. You can use balled up foil under some of the fingers to make them look bent and old. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30-40 min (depending on how many you make).

When the chicken is done baking you will have "green hands". Cut the olives lengthwise and place them over the ends of the fingers for black "fingernails".

The kids will love this one.
