Ingredients

1 cup cottage cheese
6 eggs
3 tablespoons soy flour

3 tablespoons butter -- melted
1 teaspoon salt
oil

Directions

Put all ingredients except oil in blender. Blend until smooth. Heat oiled griddle until very hot. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto griddle. Brown on both sides.
