Burgers with White Cheddar Jalapeno Spread

Ingredients

2 lbs Lean Ground beef at room
temperature

4 T Softened butter

1 C White cheddar cheese
shredded

3/4 C Sour cream

1/4 C Mayonnaise

4 Green onions, minced
1 - 5 Fresh jalapeno peppers,
seeded, and minced to
taste

1/2 t White pepper

Pinch of salt

Tabasco Brand, Chipotle sauce to taste.

4 Slices Monterey pepper jack cheese slices

Directions

Mix beef with butter and form into 4 thick, solid patties. Refrigerate one hour.



While beef is chilling prepare the topping.



TOPPING:



Blend all other ingredients until smooth (except patties and pepper jack cheese).



After chilling the beef patties season them with salt and pepper on both sides.



Cook patties until desired doneness. You may grill, fry, broil, etc. the patties.



Top each patty with a slice of monterey pepper jack cheese and allow it to melt.



Top each patty with the cheese spread mixture and allow it to melt over the burger.



Serve with your favorite burger toppings.
