Ingredients

plain pork rinds, about 12 pc
sliced jalepeno peppers, canned

2 oz. cream cheese
crumbled precooked bacon

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place peppers on pork rind, spread on a bit of cream cheese, and top with bacon. Place appetizers on a foil-lined cookie sheet and bake for approx. 5-7 min to heat through.

Additional Information

The bacon makes a nice garnish as well as adding to the flavor. These remind me of some poppers that are breaded and deep fried, and are satisfying for that craving.
