SF Nut Crust Cheese Danish

Ingredients

8 ozs Cream cheese, softened
1 Egg yolk
6 - 8 Packets of sweetner of your choice, to taste

2 t Lemon juice
1/4 C Crushed nuts (your choice)
1 T Butter, melted

Directions

Mix nuts and butter in a bowl.



Use a fork or mixer to mix together the cream cheese, egg yolk, sweetner, and lemon juice until smooth.



Pour the cheese mixture over the nut/butter mixture in the bowl.



Bake on 100% power in the microwave for 5 - 7 minutes, until set and firm around the edges.



Place in freezer for about 30 minutes or so. You can also eat it warm if you want.

Try adding unsweetened cocoa, 1/8 C berries, different Davinci syrups, cinnamon etc. Use your imagination. I have even made this savory with herbs, meat, and topped with cheddar cheese.
