OH MY! Pizza Roll Ups

Ingredients

Follow recipe for "All Purpose Wraps" located under "Breads" category on this board, and to the dry ingredients before cooking, add:
1 tbsp dry Pesto Sauce Mix (I use McCormick',s brand)

Low carb Pizza Sauce (try Mama Mary',s, found at most Walmart Supercenters in Deli area, only 3 carbs per 1/4 cup)
Pepperoni slices, black olive, mushrooms, or any of your favorite pizza toppings.

Mozzarella cheese, grated

Directions

Prepare wraps per recipe instructions, adding Pesto seasoning into mixture before cooking. These wraps can be made ahead of time.

For individual pizza rolls, simply place wrap on a flat surface, spoon on about a teaspoon of sauce, followed by your toppings. I put the cheese on last, and this seems to keep things where they should be when you roll up the wrap.

Heat in microwave for about 45 seconds, or until cheese melts and toppings are hot. Carefully roll up and serve.

Additional Information

Try a folded and more "stuffed" version of this for a more satisfying calzone style entree.

These are amazingly low carb and you really won't miss the crust with this savory flavorful wrap! Try it with a salad for a meal. A great time saver for those of us on a tight schedule for meals, and carries well for lunch.
