Ginger Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients

1 Chicken breast cut into thin strips
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp canola oil
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1/2 cup snow peas
3 mushrooms sliced
sliced green and red pepper (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat oil in heavy skillet, add chicken, onion powder, and ginger. Stir fry until chicken is cooked through. Keeping heat up add all the vegetables salt and pepper. Stir until the vegetables are done to your liking. (You may need to add a small amount of water while cooking veggies)

Additional Information

You can put as much ginger in as you like. In this recipe there is just a hint of it.
