Parmesan Chips Great For Dipping

Ingredients

Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Directions

Heat non-stick skillet, drop small 1/2 dollar sized amounts of shredded parmesan cheese in skillet and cook until browned. Carefully remove with back of spatula onto waxed paper to cool. Makes a perfect low-carb chip or cracker!

Additional Information

A 6 oz. tub of shredded cheese goes a long way! Basically an ounce of cheese is one carb gram...
