Ingredients

6 eggs beaten
1 can (16 oz) bean sprouts, drained
2 tbs. minced onions
1 tsp salt
pepper
1 cup cooked shrimp
oil for frying
soy sauce

Directions

Combine eggs, bean sprouts, onion, salt, pepper and seafood. Fry in small amounts of oil like pancakes. Serve with soy sauce.
