Maple BBQ Chicken

Ingredients

3 lbs frying chicken pieces
1/2 cup butter
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup wine vinegar
3 tbs. Atkins Maple Syrup
1 tsp salt, dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp marjoram

Directions

Wash and pat dry chicken. Melt butter in sauce pan. Blend in remaining ingredients. Place chicken skin side up on grill. Brush chicken with sauce. Grill for 10-15 minutes. Turn and baste the skin side of the chicken and grill for another 10 minutes. Then continue to baste and turn chicken until sauce is done and the chicken is cooked through.

You could do this under the broiler too, just start with the chicken skin side down first and then continue to baste once you have turned it until it's done. About 40 minutes. Chicken should be about 9 inches away from broiler.
