Ingredients

half cup vegetable oil
quarter cup balsamic vinegar (to taste)
one teaspoon Stevia (to taste)

Directions

Combine ingredients in a jar and shake. You can adjust the ingredients to suit your taste buds. Some people like a more sweet flavor (add more Stevia), others like less vinegar (use less Balsamic). I have this every day for lunch on my cabbage salad. I open a tin of salmon or tuna and set the fish on top of the salad for my high protein, low carb lunch.

Additional Information

I can't lose weight on dairy, so I use this mouth watering alternative as a salad dressing.
