Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

6 low carb peanut butter cookies,cooled and crushed,
3/4 cup peanut butter
8 oz. softened cream cheese
3/4 cup splenda
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
large container Cool Whip

Directions

Put crushed cookies in bottom of pie plate. Freeze, while making filling. Beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese,splenda and vanilla. Add 1/2 carton Cool Whip. Beat together well. Spoon into frozen pie shell, top with remaining ccol whip. Can be eaten frozen or refrigerated!!! Wonderful!
