Lacy parmesean crisps

Ingredients

12 ozs Freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano cheese
2 t Minced fresh garlic

1 t Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stirring well.



Sprinkle cheese mixture into a 1 1/2" round cookie cutter on a non-stick cookie sheet.



Repeat procedure with cheese mixture, placing 16 circles on each sheet.



Bake at 350 F for 9 to 10 minutes or until golden in color.



Cool slightly on baking sheets.



Remove to wire racks to cool completely.



Repeat procedure 5 times with remaining cheese mixture.
