Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs Ground chuck or lean ground beef
16 ozs Cheddar or american cheese, shredded
1/2 lb Bacon, cooked crispy
1 Large tomatoe, chopped
1 Large onion, chopped
2 Large dill pickles, chopped
Directions
Cook ground beef until browned.
Add 1/2 the cheese and mix, then melt over low heat.
Top with the rest of the cheese and cover pan until melted. Sprinkle with the chopped tomatoes, onions, pickles and bacon. Serve with SF catsup, mustard, or mayo.
Additional Information
If you want you can add a little cheese sauce to make this creamier, use velveeta cheese and some cream, melt togeter to make a cheese sauce.
