Ingredients

1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup Saco Premium Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Splenda
2 eggs

1/3 cup Atkins Bake mix 1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp Xanthan gum (vegetable gum)
1/4 salt

Directions

Melt butter in microwave, add cocoa and splenda mix well. Beat in 1 egg at a time. Stir in bake mix, vanilla, xanthan gum and salt. Grease 8x8 brownie pan and bake at 325 for about 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
