Baked Mozzarella

Ingredients

4 ounces of sliced Mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
very thin slices of tomato (equal amount to slices of cheese)

Directions

Put cheese and tomatoes in a ziploc bag with some low carb italian dressing, vinaigrette, or oil and vinegar. Marinate for several hours. Put cheese in bottom of oven safe bowl and top with tomato slices. Pour dressing on top. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 400 F. until melted.
