Mushrooms Baked in Brie cream

Ingredients

12 Mushrooms (cleaned, stems removed)

Salt - To taste

White pepper - To taste

2/3 C Heavy cream
2 T Butter

6 ozs Brie cheese melted

Directions

Clean mushrooms, remove stems.



Place mushrooms, cap side down and very close together in a buttered baking dish.



Sprinkle with salt and pepper, dot with the butter, then pour on the cream and the melted brie.



Bake in a preheated, 400 F oven for 10 minutes.
