Spicy Roasted Peppers

Ingredients

6 bell peppers any combo of red yellow and green
1/3 Cup of olive oil
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Directions

Roast and peel and seed the peppers. Cut into 1/2 inch wide strips. Place peppers into a Ziplock bag and add remaining ingredients. Toss to coat and mix and chill overnight.
