Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs fresh broccoli, trimmed
2 tsp vegatable, canola, or peanut oil
2 Tablespoon rice vinegar
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 packet of Splenda

Directions

Remove tough ends from broccoli stalks, remove large outer leaves and cut into florets, then slice florets thinly. Cook broccoli in a small amount of water, or even better, use a steamer to steam it until crisp-tender, about 4-5 minutes. Drain and transfer to a serving dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over broccoli and serve immediately

You can add some thinly slice beef or chicken chunks or even shrimp to round this out into a chinese meal!
