Parmesan Celery

Ingredients

3 cups of celery, cut on the diagonal
1 Tablespoon butter
1/3 Cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/3 Cup Parmesan cheese grated
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook celery in a small amount of water, or even better, use a steamer to steam it until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain then return celery to saucepan and stir in butter. Cover and cook over low heat for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and toss with chopped parsley and grated parmesan. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately
