Spring Greens wtih bleu cheese & toasted walnuts

Ingredients

SALAD:

6 C Packaged baby spring greens

3/4 C Chopped walnuts, toasted

6 T Bleu cheese, crumbled

1 Medium cucumber, halved and sliced

1 C Sliced cremini mushrooms
DRESSING:

4 1/2 t Fresh lemon juice

1/2 C White vinegar

1/2 C Extra virgin olive oil

6 Small garlic cloves, finely minced or pressed

Salt and pepper to taste

4 Drops hot sauce

Directions

Toss salad ingredients, walnuts, and bleu cheese together.



Whisk together all dressing ingredients. Pour over the salad.



Toss and serve, garnish with additional walnuts and bleu cheese.
