Caramelized Bacon

Ingredients

1 C Brown sugar twin

1/2 t Ground cinnamon

1 lb Thick sliced bacon

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.



In a shallow bowl, mix brown sugar twin and cinnamon.



Dip bacon slices in the mixture until lightly coated.



Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet with edges.



Bake 10 - 15 minutes in the oven, turning once.



Bake until dark golden brown.



Allow to cool slightly before serving.
