Garlic Rosemary Turnips

Ingredients

1 lb Turnips, peeled thickly and cut into slices.

2 T Extra virgin olive oil

1 T Garlic, minced or pressed


1 T Chopped fresh rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Boil turnips until just tender.



Saute garlic in olive oil for a minute or two, then add rosemary and saute another minute.



Toss drained turnips in garlic mixture.



Season with salt and pepper and serve.
