Spinach Souffle

Ingredients

2 Packages Chopped spinach, cooked and drained

1 Medium onion

1 T Worcesteshire sauce

16 oz Cottage cheese


4 Eggs, beaten

1/3 lb Shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 lb Butter

Directions

Mix all but eggs together and after beating eggs fold them into the mixture.



Bake in a casserole dish at 350 F degrees for one hour.
