Refrigerator Peanut Butter Drops

Ingredients

2 cups splenda
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup creamy no sugar added peanut butter
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut

Directions

Mix Splenda, cocoa, butter, cream, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for one minute; do not overcook!

Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. When mixed thouroghly, add the coconut stirring to coat evenly.

Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill in refrigerator.
