Homestyle Spinach & Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix (1 oz size)

1 C Heavy cream

1 C Real mayonnaise

2 10 oz boxes frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and well drained

1 (4 1/2 oz) Jar sliced mushrooms, drained


1/2 C Shredded parmesean cheese

1 C Coarsely crushed plain pork rinds

2 T Butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.



In a medium bowl combine ranch mix with cream and mayo and mix well.



Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or until thickened



Combine dressing with spinach, mushrooms, and cheese in a 9 inch baking dish.



Mix crushed pork rinds with melted butter and top the casserole with this mixture.



Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through and golden on top.
