Grand Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients

1 1/2 T Butter

1 1/2 T Soy flour

1 1/2 C Heavy cream

4 t Ranch dressing mix

1 T Butter

3/4 C Finely chopped onions

1 1/2 C Thinly sliced fresh mushrooms


2 Cloves garlic, pressed

2 8 oz Packages frozen french style green beans, thawed

1 C Coarsely crushed pork rinds

2 T Minced fresh parsley

2 T Butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.



In a small heavy saucepan, melt 1 1/2 T butter over low heat.



Add flour, stirring sonstantly, until the flour/butter mixture bubbles lightly for 2 minutes.



Remove pan from heat, stir in cream, return pan to the stove and bring to a simmer over medium heat stirring constantly.



Cook 2 minutes or until thickened, stir in ranch dressing mix and remove from heat.



Melt 1 T butter in a skillet over low heat, increase heat to high, add onions, and mushrooms and stir fry until they begin to brown.



Stir in the garlic, green beans, and sauce, then pour the mixture into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.



Combine the crush pork rinds, parsley, and butter. Sprinkle over the bean mixture.



Bake 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly, hot, and golden on top.
