Ingredients

4 oz. heavy cream
1/2 cup splenda
1 TBS butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa

Directions

Mix cream, splenda and cocoa in medium saucepan. Over medium-high heat whisk to combine. Stir constantly fo 3-5 minutes being careful not to burn. Remove from heat and add extract and butter. Stir. Allow to cool. Mixture will thicken while it cools. This will be of a medium fudge consistency when refrigerated.

Additional Information

For cakes frost while room temp or slightly warm.
