Beefy Cheese Balls

Ingredients

2 cups grated sharp cheddar
8oz. softened cream cheese
12oz. cooked shredded beef
1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish(optional)
3 Tbls fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp worcestire sauce
1/2 cup finely ground parsley
1 cup ground walnuts


Directions

Mix the cheeses,beef,mustard,lemon juice, rind, horseradish and worcestire sauce in large mixing bouwl with mixer or in blender. Mix thoroughly.

Wash hands, shape mixture into a ball Cover and regrigerate 30min. before serving, remove from refrige and roll in parsley and ground nuts to make a coating. Serve
