Ingredients

Fries

1 small White turnip Or cup sliced like french fries


Dipping Sauce

2 tablespoons of strained tomatos (Pomi from Parmalat has lest carbs)

dab of vinigar, dab of spenda, salt, pepper, dab of mustard, optional dab of tabasco use all seasonings to taste

Directions

take cut turnip and place in baggy or closable container. Add seasoning (i.e. salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic powder, adobo, whatever floats your boat. shake till evenly coated.



fry in favorite oil till bowned
