Almost Rice Pudding

Ingredients

3 Eggs

3/4 C Heavy whipping cream

3/4 C Water

1 C Cottage cheese


1/2 C Splenda

1 t Vanilla extract

Cinnamon

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender until almost smooth. Pour into six 6 oz custard cups.



Sprinkle with cinnamon.



Place in a baking pan.



Pour hot water into pan to reach 1" up sides of custard cups.



Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.
