Grand Mariner Mousse

Ingredients

3 Egg yolks

6 T Splenda

1 C Heavy cream - beaten lightly

1 oz Grand Mariner


BERRY SAUCE

1 C Strawberries

1 C Raspberries

Grand Mariner to taste

Directions

Beat egg yolks and splenda together. Fold in the cream. Add Grand Mariner and pour into small ramekins or dessert glasses.



Freeze at least 1 hour.



Serve with dollops of whipped cream sprinkled wtih low carb chocolate bar shavings.



BERRY SAUCE:



Puree berries in the blender until smooth. Add Grand Mariner to taste.

This can be prepared several days in advance.
