Ingredients

250grms fromage frais, low fat or full.
1 sachet sugar free jelly, sachet no more than 25gms.

Directions

Make up jelly granules to 1/2 pint water. Wait until jelly has cooled then whisk in fromage frais. Chill in fridge till set to a light and fluffy mousse.

Additional Information

Good one for breakfast, not to heavy on the tum, and thankgoodness no eggs, children like this one too.
