Ingredients

1/4 cup pork rind crumbs
1 Large Egg
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon
1 tsp sweetener
2 tbs soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon season salt
1/2 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground turkey
1/2 pound ground chicken
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions (optional)

1 small fresh pineapple for garnish

Directions

Slice pineapple in 1/8" slices. Set aside.

Mix all other ingredients thoroughly and shap into 10 burger patties. Place on pre-heated grill and cook to taste. Remove the burgers and place the pineapple on the hot grill turning after they brown slightly.

Additional Information

I served this with a piece of blue cheese in the center of the pineapple, or with a slice of swiss cheese under the pineapple.

Serve the burgers with the pineapple slices on top. When sliced thin the pineapple only adds 3-4 carbs to each burger, but it's worth it!
