Chicken in creamy pesto sauce |

Ingredients
3 lbs Boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
Salt To Taste Pepper To Taste
1/4 C Olive oil
3 C Heavy cream
1 Small jar pesto sauce
1 Jar Sliced roasted red peppers, cut into bite sized pieces
1 Can black olives, sliced
Directions
Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
Saute chicken in skillet in the olive oil over medium heat, turning occasionally, until browned to your liking.
Add heavy cream and pesto and stir around until well blended and any brown from the pan are incorporated.
Add sliced roasted red pepper and the black ripe olives.
Let the sauce reduce and thicken, stirring occasionally.
Place chicken on platter, spoon sauce, over all and
serve.
