Peanut Butter Shake

Ingredients

2T (heaping) Protein Powder 2T 1/2 & 1/2
2T Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter
2 oz Cream Cheese


3 pkgs sugar substitute
1t Vanilla
1 Cup Water
Ice

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender and blend until frozen drink consistency.

Additional Information

I usually make this with soy powder which has zero carbs, and is chocolate flavor. You could add cocoa or chocolate SF syrup for a Reeses flavor.

Carb count is 4 in 1/2 & 1/2, 2 in cream cheese, 5 ecc in PB
