Ingredients

2 Cans Saurkraut (unsweetened kind) rinsed and drained (27 ozs each)

3lbs Kielbasa-precooked and cut into 2-inch pieces

1 medium Onion, thinly sliced and, separated into rings


1 t Chicken bouillon

1/2 t Celery seed

2 T Splenda

Directions

In bottom of crock pot, layer 1/3 sauerkraut, 1 lb sausage pieces, 1/3 the onion slices, Mix the boulllon, celery seed, aplenda together, sprinkle 1/3 of this mixture over each layer. Repeat layers. Cover and cook at low for 7 - 9 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
